About me - in detail
As a mechanical engineer with a doctorate and former managing director of a successful medium-sized industrial company, I help companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector to implement innovations in a targeted manner, exploit technical potential and achieve entrepreneurial goals.
My career has taken me from technical management positions in a globally active US corporation to the top of a German manufacturer of process equipment for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. There I successfully developed the company in a highly competitive environment over a period of ten years and doubled its turnover.
I combine in-depth technical understanding with entrepreneurial foresight and international experience. In addition to setting up global engineering teams, I have successfully implemented international procurement strategies - particularly in India and China - and realized numerous technical optimizations.
Several patents attest to my systematic, solution-oriented way of working.
